A lot of internal politics happens when the team settles. Once the real problems are solved, they just need to maintain software, so they can get low-paid employees and degrading the culture makes that possible without layoffs.
Interview started with an intro and directly proceeded with a DSA problem and LLD. Q1 - Find the first and last occurrence of a target in a sorted array. Q2 - Design Twitter (LLD and HLD).
The interview was conducted online. There were a total of 4 rounds, including the initial test. Overall, the questions were standard, and the interview was interactive. I enjoyed the process and was able to get an offer.
