1. Being one of the initial members of the tech team at Swiggy, I saw a growth that is hard to find and enjoy elsewhere.

2. Got to work on good projects with equal responsibilities among everyone.

3. Great interaction with upper management, the product team, and the CEO.

4. DOT is the best coder, programmer, and software engineer I've seen in my entire life. He is highly technical and has fixed issues within minutes, especially during crunch situations. It's good to have him around for all the guidance we need.

5. Free T-shirts with great designs. WOW!

1. Not as good as initial days.
2. Management is playing a game of thrones.
3. Selfish management does not care about employees at all.
4. Low salaries.
5. Less outings.
6. Worst work-life balance; they can ask you to work every other weekend, and they do.
7. Nothing new and exciting.
8. Herd mentality with upper tech management as herd leaders.
9. And upper tech management is not so smart. Lacks expertise.

Instead of getting Glassdoor reviews deleted, better concentrate on getting them genuinely changed by changing the way you operate. Stop shouting at your employees unnecessarily; they are human beings, if you know.

Advice to CTO and CEO: Talk to your engineering team. More than half of them want to leave. You are not doing good if every other employee is unhappy.

I made a mistake being a part of Swiggy. I would rectify it soon. Just an advice: Go for some other startup to join.
