I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks.
The interview process was straightforward and the recruiter contact was very responsive throughout the entire process. Each of the folks I met with was very engaged and honest. They managed to answer any question I had or point me to the person who could.
- First, I had a short chat with one of the recruiters who made it their goal to answer any and all questions about the company and expectations for the interview process.
- Second, I interviewed digitally with the engineer I would be closely working with who put me through a series of technical questions.
- Third, another digital interview with both that engineer and a development lead where I was quizzed on deployment processes and the devops-engineering relationship.
Once the technical rounds were finished, I was introduced to the manager the role reports to in order to confirm I would be a fit for the team. This was a brief chat.

- Clear and well-thought-out onboarding tasks.
- Extremely helpful people at every turn who make onboarding so much easier.
- AI tools that are a good perk and also reduced onboarding effort.
Cons: - Needs some more standardization around engineering principles that are driven from the bottom up
- More architecture-level discussions need to happen

Cons: Honestly not much. I am really enjoying working here. There is some tech debt as a result of moving fast, but it is being addressed.
