- Things are very well set up for a startup of this size.
- Clear and well-thought-out onboarding tasks.
- Extremely helpful people at every turn who make onboarding so much easier.
- AI tools that are a good perk and also reduced onboarding effort.
- Needs some more standardization around engineering principles that are driven from the bottom up
- More architecture-level discussions need to happen
- Facilitate broader infra discussions.
- Continue investing in engineering metrics that reflect business needs to make it easier to make eng decisions on the ground.
