Process

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks.

I got a referral from someone who works there and then had a recruiter from Synthesia call me and tell me about the company and convinced me to apply. I had phone interviews with the head of research, my potential colleagues, then a take-home technical test, and finally a follow up call discussing the take-home test.

Take-home test was quite a lot of work. Overall was a good experience and with lots of communication throughout.
