The interview process at Synthesia was comprehensive, thoughtfully structured, and only took around two weeks. It started with an external recruiter reaching out to me on LinkedIn, which was followed by discussions with both external and in-house recruiters. Subsequently, I received an invitation to participate in the system design interview with the Engineering Lead, with a specific focus on real-time operations and video editing collaboration. This interview was succeeded by an assignment phase, with no strict deadlines, and was later followed by a debrief session with the Engineering Lead. Finally, the process ended with an interview with the VP of Engineering, offering valuable insights into the company's vision.
