Pros: - Colleagues are proactive, open, and highly experienced, leading to efficient problem-solving, learning, and a pleasant environment. - The company embraces challenging projects and encourages innovation. - Decisions are made quickly, and you’re empowered to take ownership without being blocked. - One of the best PMs I’ve ever worked with who is technically strong and excellent at building stories that convey customer needs clearly. - Strong automation infrastructure ensures seamless and reliable delivery from PR to production. - Fully remote works well thanks to proactive communication and regular in-person summits.

Pros: - A high-growth environment. - A fast pace; ship early and ship often. - Low bureaucracy. - Fewer meetings and more focus time. - Heavy AI tool use. - A lovely London office. - A remote-first culture that is working very well. - People who are very capable and kind.

Cons: Honestly not much. I am really enjoying working here. There is some tech debt as a result of moving fast, but it is being addressed.
