I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.

The interview took a total of 5 meetings:

• 1. Initial call with HR, mainly focused on Synthesia product and culture, also covered a fair bit of technical aspects, which was very interesting.
• 1. Technical interview followed by a take-home task.
• 1. Task assessment and follow-up interview.
• 1. Leadership interviews.
• 1. Offer.

The take-home task was not hard, I focused on the code quality and clear structure. There is no deadline. The scope is probably 3-8 hours, depending on your skills and the level of polish you want to achieve. The follow-up interview had good questions, you can see that they have really looked into it.
