The interview process was pretty standard for a startup: a recruiter interview, a tech screening, and a home assignment. The last step was an interview with the VP. Overall, it was well organized.

Pros: Work is done really async, with very, very few meetings. The company encourages you to take ownership of small projects and bring them to completion, without too much micro-management. Good comp and benefits.

Cons: There are no clear growth opportunities (career steps), but hopefully this will be sorted out soon. Some technology aspects need to be improved, but at this stage that is expected.
