I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks.

Got contacted by several recruiters on LinkedIn, for the same positions. After a first conversation with one of them, I was ghosted for weeks and then rejected because my CV didn't tick all the boxes in terms of previous experience with their tech stack and frameworks.

I would have loved to prove my worth, but wasn't given the opportunity to do so because I was rejected before the technical challenge. I was really appalled by the lack of communication and the single-mindedness of the hiring managers.

Nothing. I didn't even make it to the first step of the process because of the tech stack I used in my previous jobs.
