Pros: The company surprised me on every level. Management is on top of things, which really gives us a lot of confidence, and employees are exceptional. The work environment is like none other. There are no processes to speak of, which is such a good thing; instead, everyone is focused on delivering.

Cons: The jury is still out, but I doubt they will ever find anything :D

Pros: Interesting problems to solve, and a lot of support both from team members and the company, including high-end laptops, beloved dev software, and popular LLMs for free at your disposal. As a software developer, you have almost no meetings so that you may focus entirely on your work. There is no rush or crunching after hours.

Cons: No meetings also means less social connection with your team members. Quite often the only contact comes down to a discussion about the feature being implemented or a pull request to review.
