Process

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks.

An initial meet and greet, followed by a chat with a team lead where you are given a take-home task. After submitting the task, there will be a debrief with some senior/team leads who will ask questions about your solution. Finally, a chat with the VP. The process was good and easy to follow.

Cons: Scaling fast brings a lot of standard problems. Even with that, some areas feel understaffed.

Pros: Work is done really async, with very, very few meetings. The company encourages you to take ownership of small projects and bring them to completion, without too much micro-management. Good comp and benefits.

Cons: There are no clear growth opportunities (career steps), but hopefully this will be sorted out soon. Some technology aspects need to be improved, but at this stage that is expected.
