I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks.

I was contacted by an external recruiter who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process.

The interview process started with:

• A video call with the Tech TA Lead
• A take-home test

After submitting the test, I had a call with two engineers to discuss my solution, including potential improvements and extensions. The final stage was a conversation with the VP of Product.

I found the take-home test to be really engaging. Additionally, the company provides a personal portal where you can track your progress through the various interview stages and access more information about the company, which was a really nice touch!

How I would handle concurrency and scaling my solution to handle a high volume of requests. Specifically, they were interested in how my design would ensure data consistency and performance under heavy load, and what techniques I would use to avoid bottlenecks or race conditions.
