The process took 4 weeks.

The interview process was clear and efficient. It was a 4-step sequential loop, which is a lot nicer in my opinion than 1 day with 4 interviews as it gives you enough time to prepare for each individual interview.

The 4 interviews were:

• Hiring Manager with standard questions around ways of working, dealing with project deadlines, etc.
• Coding/Problem solving that allowed use of AI to aid with coding and so it felt like there was enough time to get the ask done.
• System Design interview was more structured than a typical open-ended system design, but that helped break down the interview into smaller achievable designs.
• Leadership interview: This was similar to a normal behavioral interview, but more focused on ways of working, and how you deal with projects and problems end to end.

Generally, I thought it was a well-structured interview loop that allowed enough preparation.

There's a decent amount of focus on dealing with customer/stakeholder needs in your examples in the behavioural interviews.
