Interview consisted of 5 parts:
- recruiter screening (background, motivation)
- hiring manager (STAR stories)
- homework
- homework discussion (design + coding)
- VP of Eng
Process was easy to follow and clearly described, people were nice and pleasant (I feel I learned something during the process).

Pros: - Things are very well set up for a startup of this size.
- Clear and well-thought-out onboarding tasks.
- Extremely helpful people at every turn who make onboarding so much easier.
- AI tools that are a good perk and also reduced onboarding effort.
Cons: - Needs some more standardization around engineering principles that are driven from the bottom up
- More architecture-level discussions need to happen

Pros: The company surprised me on every level. Management is on top of things, which really gives us a lot of confidence, and employees are exceptional. The work environment is like none other. There are no processes to speak of, which is such a good thing; instead, everyone is focused on delivering.
Cons: The jury is still out, but I doubt they will ever find anything :D
