I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks.
Quick succession of 4 interviews with prompt and valuable feedback provided throughout.
- First interview was a recruiter screening with basic questions about CV and some probing tech questions
- Followed up with a general hiring manager interview where one was asked to talk about past projects, learning etc.
- Followed up with the two more technical interviews where I live coded a frontend feature and redesigned a hypothetical system for performance.
