Pros: Work is done really async, with very, very few meetings. The company encourages you to take ownership of small projects and bring them to completion, without too much micro-management. Good comp and benefits.
Cons: There are no clear growth opportunities (career steps), but hopefully this will be sorted out soon. Some technology aspects need to be improved, but at this stage that is expected.

Pros: High growth in a bleeding-edge market with a strong niche. Solid HR assistance and benefits. An interesting and rapidly evolving product, and solid benefits.
Cons: Super busy. If you're not ready to focus hard at least 40 hours per week, then it'll be challenging to keep up with all the changes that are happening. Health insurance premiums are about 2x my previous employer for the same level of coverage.

Pros: One of the best companies that I have ever worked for.
Product is incredibly interesting with huge potential, people in the whole company are super friendly and supportive, and tech stack is very interesting.
There are a lot of opportunities to work on interesting and challenging tasks and also to travel and have fun.
Cons: No negative things to mention.
