Pros: If you want to work on exciting technical problems while enjoying the flexibility and sense of ownership you get in working in a startup environment, this is the place for you! There's very little bureaucracy or meetings slowing people down, the engineering team works very well together, and the focus is on shipping fast and not spending time on frivolous or meaningless projects. I believe the product also has huge potential and it's been exciting to see the growth we've been achieving and the high profile customers we are acquiring despite how young the product is. Lastly, while it is a startup and a little more than the typical 9-5 is expected, work/life balance is still very much valued, and I never feel pressured to work crazy hours or weekends to meet a deadline or ship a feature.

Cons: While the compensation is competitive, the benefits are not up to par with what you will get with comparable senior software engineering roles at established companies, but I believe this will improve over time.

Pros: One of the best companies that I have ever worked for. Product is incredibly interesting with huge potential, people in the whole company are super friendly and supportive, and tech stack is very interesting. There are a lot of opportunities to work on interesting and challenging tasks and also to travel and have fun.

Cons: No negative things to mention.
