Pros: A great way to launch your career after college and learn how to manage people and get all the newbie mistakes out of the way before you start your real career somewhere else.
Salaries are pretty decent if you don't actually divide it by the hours you work, LOL.
Cons: Like I said, it's a pit stop or life. The lifers who have been ETL's before the internet was even created think they know everything.

Pros: The management team is cohesive and communicative. It was very fun getting to know the team and everyone's story from many walks of life.
