At first, you'll have a phone interview with an STL.
Then, you'll attend two meetings:
- One with the district manager.
- One with HR, I do believe.
The overall process takes a little bit, but it's a fast-paced environment.

Pros: The company pays pretty well. But beware!
If your pay grade is too high, they’ll force you out so they can hire recent college grads at 1/3 the payroll cost.
Cons: Age discrimination: only 5-10 leaders are over 40.
It’s extremely political.
Group management practices nepotism.
The level of arrogance displayed by leadership is laughable!
Retail is moving merch from a truck to the floor, then through a point of sale. They treat it like it’s rocket science!
The group leader is way past his 18 months.

Pros: Salary is very competitive.
Ability to transfer to new positions, if in an area with multiple locations.
Cons: Required to work 12+ hours a day.
Salaried, so asked to do more and more without the ability to deny.
Politics will define the work environment. Senior leadership will dictate what you must do without the ability to question.
"Turn them and burn them" mentality with regards to team members and leaders.
