Contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview.
I was told that there would be three additional interviews:
- with a Store Team Lead
- a District Team Lead (in charge of 10 stores)
- and an HR Market Leader.
The Store Team Lead I interviewed with was young and seemed unprepared for the interview. I was told I would be interviewing with a specific District Team Lead but was contacted by someone else. All of the interview questions were behavioral-based, and the whole process was very casual.
