Pros

Above average health insurance was nice.

Cons

The best place to really find out about this company is on the employee social media sites if you're seriously considering working here.

As a salaried ETL, expect to work a lot because hours are continuously being cut, but the workload does not stop.

When corporate visitors come, expect to vacuum the cement sidewalk. Make your store look amazing for the day they come, and then suffer with zero hours to get things done the rest of the week or month.

Advice to Management

If you really want to get better, listen with the intent of hearing, and then set realistic expectations—especially if hours are tough.
