Pros: The pay is probably one of the leaders in the retail industry. Things are in constant flux, and demand being nimble to deal with the change.
Overall, the company is a great place to work, depending on what store you are in.
Cons: If you get a bad store, then you are stuck and not allowed to move out of the store.
There is limited communication regarding career paths.
