ETL Interview Experience - Charlotte, North Carolina

March 1, 2011
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

Interviewers were very polite and kind.

The 1:1 interview was in a behavioral/accomplishment format. It was highly structured and did not give the opportunity to discuss strengths if they were not raised in one of the five questions asked.

Additionally, two of the five questions had a negative slant to them:

  • Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your supervisor, what did you do?
  • Tell me about a time when you did not agree with your employer, how did you handle it?

Overall, it was not an open and positive interview process.

Questions

How do you go about assessing long-term decisions in your personal life?

Tell me about a time when you did not agree with your employer. How did you handle it?

Tell me about a time when you had to motivate others?
