Pros: Salary is the best in retail that I've found. Benefit packages are good as well.
Cons: Work-life balance is impossible. Every other weekend, every holiday, and usually mid-shifts make it hard to have time before or after work to do much.

Don’t be an ETL

Pros: Employee discount, and that is about it. There are no other pros.
Cons: I now work for Amazon in a similar ranking position. Even on my worst days at Amazon, they still don’t compare to a “normal” target day, and I get paid $45k more a year with all my stock.

Pros: Not very many; the pay is decent.
Cons: You will work long hours, then be screamed at by customers, just to turn around and be screamed at by upper management for how unhappy the screaming customer was.
