A college recruiter sat me down and gave me a brief interview about my resume, experience, education, and the program.
Following that, I received a phone call inviting me for a one-on-one interview. This interview was behavioral-based, including some situational questions.
I then proceeded to a final interview with the hiring manager and her assistant, which continued with similar types of questions.
