Friendly. A few behavioral questions. A lot of time for questions at the end. 30 minutes or less.
I was wanting to keep my options open for either a summer internship or the ETL position. The interviewer was really pushing for the ETL position and did not seem to actually listen to what I was trying to tell him about my career goals.
Overall, the interviewer was friendly and knowledgeable about Target. He answered all of my questions.
