The process was pretty straightforward.
There were a lot of situational and behavioral questions, focusing on your previous experiences and what you did in the situation, your role, your thought process, and how it turned out as far as results.
There were multiple rounds of interviews throughout the process, but overall, it was a fairly positive experience.
