I was referred by a friend. After a week or so, I received a phone call from a recruiter, which was a pleasant experience.
After that, I had one-on-one interviews with store managers. The first interview went very well. However, the second store manager came with a very bad attitude; in other words, she approached the interview with a "This job is not for you" attitude.
I finished the interview process and did my best. I later realized that one of the other candidates was good friends with one of the store managers, which means she got the job.
Overall, it was a decent real-life experience. Contacts will get you a job.
Tell me about a time when you had an argument with a co-worker.
What did you do to solve it?
