Process
I had several personal interviews. During my second interview, I was asked to apply for a higher leadership position. I am not employed by Target, but I had heard many good things from peers and friends, so I decided to apply.
After being asked to apply for an ETL position, I went home and did so. I was interviewed three more times the next week. My sixth interview was with a District Manager. I should hear next week if the position is offered or not.
I will say that my experience thus far has been very positive. Everything I have heard from my friends has been true.
