The interview process consisted of:
- A phone interview with a Target Recruiter.
- An online assessment.
- An interview with the District Team Leader (DTL) of your preferred district.
Each interview included behavioral questions. The online assessment was approximately one hour and comprised logic puzzles and word associations.
