Pros: The Target I was employed at treated most employees with respect. Good management makes a big difference.
Cons: Hours can be irregular. Lots of cross-selling; they really push credit cards with high interest rates.

Pros: Great pay, fast-paced environment.
Cons: Management would 'coach' without informing the other party that it was a coaching, leading to corrective actions upon failure to improve. The new store manager implemented this. DTL and GTL were informed but failed to fix the issues. SOOO many HR issues. The hotline was called regularly by my employees without corporate response, and it was left to the STL, who was typically the reason for the call.
