- The campus recruiter receiving your resume.
- An on-campus interview with HR and/or an STL.
- A phone interview with a DTL.
It took two days to hear back from HR.
The interview was mostly behavioral questions, with several inquiries about past work experience.

Pros: You get to move around different work centers, which is nice to put on your resume. Some leaders are great.
Cons: They will move you to another work center, but a lot of times they don't get you training and make you believe that it will be all fine and "they know you can do it."

Pros: Really cared for my team and felt cared about. Fun, dynamic environment. Never know what you'll deal with on a day-to-day basis.
Cons: The workload can be very demanding. Target makes company decisions on a macro level, which can lead to long hours and a poor work-life balance.
