Process
I knew someone who was an ETL.
I did a phone interview with HR, and then a 1.5-hour skills test.
The next week, I got an interview with an STL.
Now I have one with the HR Business Partner and a DTL. Hopefully, that will be it.
It's a long process with lots of behavioral-type questions. Everything is geared to look for specific characteristics, like leadership, along with your potential to improve your skills.
