I received an email from a recruiter to set up a phone interview.
She called me, and the interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It's very important to use the SAR method when answering the questions.
The questions are all "Tell me about a time when..."
Questions
About five behavioral questions and information about the target and the position. It took about 30 minutes.
I just received an email to schedule an interview with the Store Manager.
Something like: 'Tell me about a great accomplishment that stands out in your mind and how you got there?'
