Pros: Good leadership experience, and pretty much guarantees you a position when you graduate if you perform well. Great to put on a resume and good pay for a summer job!
Cons: If you are ready to handle retail and crazy hours, then this is for you. Also, this is not a desk job; you will be very hands-on.
