Process

The interview process was one month long and consisted of very easy, situation-based questions. I advanced to the second round of interviews but was not offered a position. The people at the company were very nice, but it seems to take a long time to advance within the company. They asked me to travel an hour for the second round of interviews and did not compensate me for gas money.

Pros: All the other ETLs, as well as the STL (Store Team Leader), are extremely supportive and tight-knit as a team. The district tries its hardest to compensate well for the work we put in! Overall, I love my job.

Cons: Expect to work 12+ hours on days before a big meeting with a higher-up. Working weekends takes a toll on some days.

Pros: All the other ETLs, as well as the STL (Store Team Leader), are extremely supportive and tight-knit as a team. The district tries its hardest to compensate well for the work we put in! Overall, I love my job.
