Good pay, supportive peers, long hours
All the other ETLs, as well as the STL (Store Team Leader), are extremely supportive and tight-knit as a team. The district tries its hardest to compensate well for the work we put in! Overall, I love my job.
Expect to work 12+ hours on days before a big meeting with a higher-up. Working weekends takes a toll on some days.
It's retail, everyone. The hours are why we get paid that much.
