Pros: Target is focused on quality training and developing its leaders. I appreciate their focus on teamwork and drive for amazing guest service.
Cons: Unfortunately, payroll is difficult to work with in the stores. It continues to be cut year-after-year, and little is done to adjust the abnormalities in each store. Depending on the leadership staff, one store may manage payroll better than others, which could only hurt them more in the long run.
