Pros: High pay, great locations & amenities, focus on growth, active leadership & dynamic environment. The desire to grow the company & the planning that goes into it are very good.
Cons: The somewhat disjointed strategy over the past several years is leading to dysfunction and suffering morale. It's not a great place for introverts or folks that need time to absorb and think through ideas and concepts.
