Process
The interview process began with a recruiter interview.
Next, there were two technical interviews with senior engineers, conducted either by phone or onsite.
The final interview was with a senior engineer.
The entire process was positive for me. I really felt connected to their company culture, and unlike at other companies, I was respected by these engineers.
I received five offers upon graduation, and I chose Target because they treated me with respect, and their engineers fit the culture I am looking for.
