Nice salary right out of college. I have just been promoted simply because I have a degree. I didn't have to slave away in the cellar for three years just to get a promotion.
I have been promoted and am in charge of people twice my age and with decades of experience more than myself. They lose because they don't have a degree. It sounds really dumb to me.
Allow those with at least five years of experience to be ETLs, in place of a college degree. They will do a lot better than at least eight of the fourteen members of my business college graduating class; they shouldn't be anywhere near a leadership position.
