Pros

Pay is average for recent grads.

10% off shopping. Store experiences. Internal social network. Online training.

Cons

There's so much gossip, but if you can live with that, then maybe this is not much of a con.

There's really no career or learning path defined, just generic titles and pay grade bumps.

Slow start to becoming agile. It's mostly waterfall with weekly sit-downs. There are not many experienced engineers that I've come across who can lead teams.

There's another layoff in January, so joining this early is a bad idea. I have heard the word "freeze" used for months. We are literally just waiting it out. It's a great time to slack though.

You'll hear a lot of meaningless, fluffy jargon.

Advice to Management

Sack your dead weight immediately.
