An okay starter job concerned with helping you learn
Target is one of the few careers out there that are truly devoted to your training. They devote a great deal of time in assessing the work you do in many facets of the idea. They have plenty of tools at your disposal, and every manager is required to give monthly feedback for your performance.
At times, so much time is devoted to this development that time is lost to complete tasks relating to sales, yet the goals remain high in this area. This makes it very difficult to succeed at times.
