The interview process was very easy. The people are very nice and accommodating. They make it seem like the job is a lot of fun. It is only 3 rounds total.

It was the same 3-4 questions, very scripted. Just 3 people of varying levels of management. All were done by phone because I was relocating from one part of the county to another.

They ask you a few situation questions. It's just you and the interviewer, and the whole process is rather short. If you're interviewing for a management position, be prepared to set up a few interviews.
