Target is a great company with room for advancement. If you like a challenging, fast-paced environment, then Target will be a place that you will want to work.
It can get really hectic during the holiday season, especially when you are dealing with unreasonable customers. However, the people and work are very rewarding and interesting.
Target is not known for promoting females, and it is much harder to get ahead as a woman executive at Target. You have to work harder, be careful not to show emotion if you get angry or upset, and make sure to hang tough with the "good ol boys".
You have a lot of talented females. Give them a chance.
