I have been with Target for a total of 5 years. I was hired as a Team Leader and have since been promoted to a Senior Team Leader. It took me 2 interview sessions—each including 3 interviews with 2 people in each—before I was offered the position.

There are a lot of situational questions. They have a very thorough interview guide that they go through with you. You will go through at least 3-4 rounds and meet with different leaders.
