Pros

Consistent day off every week to schedule personal appointments.

Every other weekend off for "family time".

Cons

Minimum 10-hour shifts are required daily, often resulting in 12-13 hour days. If you take PTO time, they pay you 40 hours for the week.

Advice to Management

Too many "kids" in leadership roles within the stores – zero life skills and leadership abilities.
