Good growth potential, and there are many people that are easy to get along with.
Some of the hours are not good, and you cannot always choose your schedule.
Keep up the good work because executive team leaders are good. Open up more ways for ETLs to advance faster and have further growth. Stop promoting ETLs that have not worked logistics. That position is key to the whole store running, and promoting an ETL GS to an STL is a poor move unless they understand on- and off-floor operations. At least logistics get a taste of everything because they are on the store floor as well.
The process was pretty rigid. The first round was on campus, and they asked me a series of behavioral questions. After that, I got a callback about a week later inviting me for the second round at one of the target locations.
Applied through a recruiter and had two phone interviews with the recruiter. One interview with HR over the phone and two interviews in person. Overall experience has been nice. Just be yourself and bubbly. They can see through the B.S. One more
One phone interview, two in-person interviews. The first phone interview is basic. Then, they bring you in to meet with the District Team Leader, and after that, you meet with someone from HR.
