- Unbelievable internship responsibility. I was in charge of the store within the first month.

The work schedule was very dynamic, which meant I was waking up at 2 AM or 2 PM, depending on the day.
Retail business is just stressful.
I wish the internship program had allowed for me to work more with other interns. But overall, I think the program was a great opportunity.

ETL
Very brief yet personal. I was asked the same questions as everyone else on the group panel. The questions were geared toward specific leadership skills and how I accomplished each one.

I met with an STL at a local store, followed by two phone interviews with two STLs. Next, I had a phone interview with a DTL, and then with HR. All of my interviews were conducted over the phone. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and friendly
